C.M. Russell Museum
As noted in the Wall Street Journal as “one of America’s premier Western art museums”, the C.M. Russell Museum is a hub for the history of western art. The latest campus expansion of the museum was designed to capture the essence of the art and soul of the American West and pay tribute to the legacy of Charles Russell. This civil based redevelopment of the museum’s location included the abandonment of 5th Avenue North and demolition of existing parking lots and front entry to make way for the reimagined expansion. This expansion included a new parking lot, front entry and plaza, large open green space, and improved storm water facilities.
