Spencer has been the President of Woith Engineering since 2004. He brings a different perspective to engineering and land surveying projects since he has had an ownership stake in many of the projects Woith Engineering designs. Having the ability to analyze projects from an owner's point of view is invaluable. As an owner, cost, timing, and efficiencies are essential and he understands this from being on both sides of the table.

Chris has been a CAD Designer in the fields of civil engineering and land surveying since 2006. His professional career began with an emphasis in assembling computerized topographical mapping and boundary information derived from traditional and laser-scanned field reconnaissance for use in both recorded survey documentation and site civil design. In time, he expanded on that knowledge base to become adept at urban and rural roadway design, creek reclamation design, public and private water, and wastewater design.
