10th Avenue South Commercial Space

Woith Engineering assisted the owners in redeveloping a commerical site along Great Falls' main commercial thoroughfare, 10th Avenue South, into a new Ace Hardware location. The site includes parking, loading docks, site utilities, and stormwater management systems with sediment removal controls. Site grading challenges included retaining walls, driveway approaches, and maintenance of the existing public alley through the center of the site.
