Mixed-Use Development for Great Falls
Expanding on the development of the West Bank of the Missouri River, Woith Engineering led the site design of a new three-story bank and mixed-use commercial building in Great Falls, Montana. The development was designed with environmental issues and sustainability at the forefront; with such cutting edge design elements as geothermal wells for heating and snow melt, native landscaping, and hydrodynamic separation for treatment of stormwater. Set to serve its first customers by the spring of 2021, this building will certainly be a landmark in central Great Falls for years into the future.
