Located in the south hills of Missoula, a short walk from many city parks and Jeannette Rankin Elementary School, the new Jenny Place Apartments are a focal point of the growth of Missoula's south hills. With two three-story buildings, parking lots on two levels, and sewer and water utilities, these apartments will provide a quality place to live along a tree-lined street in one of the fastest-growing regions of Missoula. The site provides panoramic views across the Missoula Valley and south to Lolo Peak and Carlton Ridge. Woith Engineering is proud to have been a key player on the development of this project!
