Developing the West Bank

Woith Engineering, Inc. has the great pleasure of being involved in one of Great Falls’ greatest urban redevelopments to date. Considering existing buildings, soils, and available space, the design team utilized all 12.5 acres that West Bank has to offer. The scope of work consisted of over 275,000 square feet of new office, retail, and living space, water and sanitary sewer utilities, and design of state-of-the-art stormwater treatment technology.
